I bring everything needed for your massage, including the table, fresh linens, oils, and calming music. All you need is a bit of space (around 2m x 2.5m) and a quiet environment. I set up and pack away—it’s hassle-free relaxation delivered to your door.

I offer 60-minute and 90-minute sessions. For first-time clients, I allow a little extra time for a short consultation to ensure the massage is tailored to you.

For most treatments, you’ll undress to your comfort level. Some clients prefer to stay partially clothed, while others are comfortable being fully undressed—either is completely fine. You’ll always be properly draped with a towel, and only the area being worked on will ever be uncovered.

For back massage, it’s preferable for women to remove their bra to allow full access to the back muscles, but it’s not essential—I can simply undo the straps during treatment and re-cover you immediately.

For Indian head massage, I’ll need access to the upper back and shoulders, so you’ll be asked to remove your top. You’ll be comfortably covered with a towel throughout.

Before the massage begins, I always leave the room to give you complete privacy while you get ready.

If you’re feeling nervous, especially if it’s your first massage, please don’t worry—you're not alone. I’ll talk you through everything beforehand, and your comfort and boundaries are my top priority throughout the session.

Before your session, avoid eating a heavy meal and drink plenty of water. After your massage, try to rest, stay hydrated, and let your body enjoy the benefits.

Yes, I do! I carry a portable heater for the stones, and they’re included in your treatment at no extra cost when you book a hot stone massage.

At the moment, I don’t offer pregnancy massage, but I’m happy to recommend trusted local therapists who do.

Life happens—I completely understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so I have time to offer the slot to someone else.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee, as short-notice changes can have a real impact on my schedule.

If something unexpected comes up, just get in touch—I’ll always do my best to be flexible and understanding where possible.
